Get ready for a summer afternoon of dogs, cold beer, and community at GRRROWLER’S Dachshund Derby and Summer Kickoff.
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, GRRROWLER’S Tap Room & Beer Garden teams up with Pampered Pooch Events, Dallas Doxies, and The Shacks for a dog-loving summer celebration centered around one very important thing: dachshunds racing for glory.
This first-year derby is designed to be festive, spectator-friendly, and fun for both racers and fans. Expect dachshund races, all-breed races, crowd energy, photo-worthy moments, dog-centric activities, vendors and a lively kickoff-to-summer atmosphere across The Shacks.
All registration proceeds, merch, and more, net of processing fees, will benefit participating dog rescues.
