New Beer Alert: Spring Serum from Rollertown Beerworks

A fresh seasonal release from one of North Texas' fastest-growing breweries has arrived at GRRROWLER'S.

We're excited to welcome Spring Serum, a brand-new Hazy IPA from Rollertown Beerworks in Frisco.

Pouring a hazy golden color with a pillowy white head, Spring Serum was brewed to showcase the juicy, fruit-forward character that fans of modern Hazy IPAs crave. Rollertown describes the beer as loaded with tropical flavors including passion fruit, guava, peach candy notes, and caramelized citrus character. At 7% ABV, it delivers plenty of flavor while remaining remarkably approachable.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep golden haze with excellent opacity and lasting foam.

Aroma: Tropical fruit leads the way, with notes of passion fruit, ripe guava, peach, citrus, and soft hop aromatics.

Flavor: Juicy and expressive without becoming overly sweet. Expect layers of tropical fruit supported by citrus character and a smooth, low-bitterness finish typical of the New England-style IPA category.

Mouthfeel: Soft, rounded, and silky with moderate carbonation.

ABV: 7.0%
